Personal experience with two extreme candidates: my parents
Mom:
Followed all the so called “expert advice”
Wore hats
Used sun blocks and sunscreens
“Various healthy diets”
No smoking
No alcohol
Mom spent summers mostly inside
Constantly “Protected” her skin from the Sun
Mom never would get a Sun Burn
Mom got cancer
Mom passed away from cancer at 62
Dad:
Did the opposite of “expert advice”
No hats
No Sunscreen, sometimes used oil to tan
Ate unhealthy bar food
Smoked 2 packs a day
Drank often
Dad spent summers on his sailboat in a bikini
Non stop sun exposure all summer
Dad Sun Burn every year
Dad never got cancer
Dad passed away at 72 from pneumonia
The Sun has healing energy!!!
We were told to never look directly at the Sun. You’ll burn your eyes out.
I’ve been Sun Gazing for over 2 years now.
I started in Sunrise and Sunset, now I can look mid day and hardly tear
I never wear Sun glasses anymore. Not even when the glare off other cars is bad.
I feel great and I believe it is the best source of Vitamin D
Your skin is the largest organ in your body.
What you put on your skin will absorb into your body.
I never use Sunscreen and if I am out too long and feel that I might burn,
I rub Coconut Oil on the area. It works incredibly well.
Corporate Greed has driven a fear of the Sun to sell skin related products with poisons in them,
they have also turned “skin cancer” into a money making scam
