What if all you need is a different perspective?
God’s love is so great that we can’t even comprehend it, but let’s try:
We know from John 3:16 that God gave his only son to defeat sin for us / you.
JOHN 3:16 For God so Loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Now imagine the thing you loved most during your lifetime before you had any hurts or wounds and weren’t guarded at all. Maybe it is your first pet or you first relationship. Maybe your Mom or Dad, but most likely if you are a Father or a Mother, it is your Son or Daughter. Remember that feeling when you first held your baby, or the first time they smiled at you and it touched your soul. Go deep into that feeling and feel it now with all the empathy and Love you can.

Now realize that God only had 1 begotten Son and he gave him to defeat sin for You!
He Loves us beyond measure without any walls or guards up as we tend to do here after suffering pain.
Now the really good part on perspective:
Imagine you did what our Heavenly Father did and gave your Son or Daughter to suffer for all His children to follow (Us / You).
Imagine the Love it takes to do that.
Don’t focus on Loss, because God has a different timeline than an Earthly timeline and Jesus came back from the dead and sits at the Right Hand of the Father. Focus on the Love for you!
Now stay in that Love Empathy space:
Your Son or Daughter does something really bad, horrible.
Are you going to disown them?
Not if you Love them you won’t.
You are going to teach them what they did was wrong, make sure they take ownership and say they are sorry at a minimum.
God is the same.
No matter how bad you have messed up.
He Loves You!
And if you fail again, he still Loves You!
Get back up, Pray for Forgiveness and keep learning and working to be better.

Be careful who you listen to and what you believe.
By all means don’t trust me! I’m not perfect.
However if what I’m saying resonates in your spirit, Trust that – Trust God.
God is in you. He is that small inner voice.
Many Religions seem good on the surface but sew seeds of doubt and guilt and shame.
These feelings tend to make you hide from God and think you are not worthy.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying Religions are bad.
Just be careful what you take from it, Trust God and don’t give in to thoughts like:
“Why would God Love me?”
“God will never forgive me for that.”
“I sin and can’t help myself, so why bother?”
“I already asked for Forgiveness for that and then I did it again, God won’t forgive me now…”
These seeds of doubt make you retreat and make bad choices out of
Fear or any of the Fear based emotions: Anger, revenge, sorrow…
God does not want you to run and hide from him like Adam and Eve did.
He wants to to run to him.
Give him your burdens.
Feel his Love and Make decisions out of Love
John 14:6
